Anonymous asked : If you were forced to fight against Zatanna (for example if she was mind-controlled), what kind of attacks or strategies would you use against her? How could you block her from speaking and using her amazing powers? |
Zatanna, huh? That’s a tough one.
Well firstly, I’d have to bind her mouth with something. I’d most likely a sticky or goo-like substance planted as a trap. Fabric is out of the question. Maybe I’d put them in several locations, but that’d place me at risk for accidentally tapping one of them. From there, I suspect it’s a matter of either luring her to it or getting close enough to stick it to her. I’d have to stray from using any physical weapons, lest she decides to use them against me. So it’d be my fists and me. Maybe it’d be easier to render her unconscious, but that’s considering if I could get close to her.
I’d also pray those karate lessons pay off.

You are a ten out of ten as Babs, okay. :D It’s one thing to know your character has a sharp wit, and a whole other to be able to give your character sharp wit. I love the many emotions you bring to your Babs so she’s not so one sided, and how you could’ve let her fall into some generic girl character with how little we’ve seen of her in the show, but you didn’t. (i’m assuming you’ve read the comics?) And then the different interactions she has with rpers who have the same character, yet still having that tone of it being the same character and wow that doesn’t make any sense does it.
And you’re are impossibly friendly too, and that makes your Babs such an approachable character and all your threads seem like actual fics or something cool. I followed you because of yj riot and such, but I’m staying because you are a fantastic roleplayer, and person, and <3

“True, though I suppose it depends more on the current. Still, I’d be cautious nonetheless. You never know what happens.” She gave a shrug, though a friendly smile was still on her face. “Oh, sounds pretty cool. “Yeah, plus i also prefer to sneak in and set traps on possible exits. The mines are a bit complex since they use an IFF system, so people with the IFF tag, they don’t go off on them, meaning i don’t get caught in my own traps, they stick to the walls pretty well too. If you’re sneaky enough, you can put a trigger one on a guard or thug, wait until they’re grouped together and then hit them with either the glue or, my personal favorite, electrocute them with 100,000 volts. They all fall over stiff as planks and out cold.” He chuckles.
“Mm, I’d be careful with the volts. Sometimes they could lead to other side effects. Maybe death if you’re not careful. It’s not certain, but it’s a possibility. Though it gets rid of villains, dead ones don’t talk.” She chuckled to herself slightly, crossing her arms and shifting her weight to her left leg. “But I’m liking the glue idea. Maybe I’ll just grab a bunch of Elmer’s glue bottles to make a few of my own.” She let out a laugh at her joke, not being serious in the slightest. (Source: babsythebatgirl)

If they can hold him down when he’s mad, it should be easy… but i wouldn’t test them on bane, he’d just become a sticky pad, tearing pieces of the floor or wall off.”
“Exactly. So in the possibility that they do detect it, they would just assume to step away and side-step. If they do that, they get blasted. Bam, you’ve got yourself a crook.” She grin, making a gun motion with her hand. “The sticky stuff generally is great for the bigger guys who could throw you into next Thursday, but if they break out of it, you’ve got to have other alternatives. That and make sure that if any of it comes off, you don’t step on it by accident. It’s happened, and it’s…” She scrunched her nose in distaste. “Not fun.” (Source: babsythebatgirl)
